    RoadWarden - RPG/Visual Novel/text adventure hybrid

Happy to see lots of speculation. I played Roadwarden and enjoyed the shit out of it. It's well-written, full of choice and consequence, and I like the way the illustrations have been utilised as a feature of exploration. If you want to know more you can read my full review here...

Broken Roads - turn-based Australian post-apocalyptic RPG with "unique morality system"

Still alive? Check the progress. "The difference three years makes." From post: https://twitter.com/BrokenRoadsGame/status/1553415102740582401

    Random JRPG News Thread

Random JRPG you've never heard of releasing on 8 August: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1949420/Rens_Demons_I/ Experimental mechanics. It's a weird one but I had a lot of fun with it. Narrative-heavy.

    Dnd adventures: Wizard's Choice

It's on Steam, yeah, although I just did a quick search out of curiosity and https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=wizardsChoiceV1.toucher&hl=en_AU&gl=US on Android looks like it might be the same game.

    Dnd adventures: Wizard's Choice

Cool. Anyway, the giveaway's over now. Catacombs was in with an entry but no luck, sorry mate! Two copies went to a couple of chaps on Twitter. Cheers for the entertainment everyone. Edit: Just learned one of those winners on Twitter came from the Codex. Spooky.

    Dnd adventures: Wizard's Choice

Imagine sucking so hard at life that you can't afford $7.50 for a game. Seriously though, sure the UX could use a bit of work, but it's a pretty hefty text-based adventure - 300,000 words. Hours of playtime, it's a pretty good deal.

    Dnd adventures: Wizard's Choice

No. The copies were free but there's no compensation. I'm also under no obligation to host the giveaway, it's just something I wanted to do because I thought the game was worth it.

    Dnd adventures: Wizard's Choice

TLDR: Post the screenshot of the game wishlisted here instead of Twitter and I'll absolutely count those entries. Loving the "fishy" votes on the post. For clarity: I'm really enjoying the game as a player but because I'm a game journo I'm lucky enough to have some free copies to give away. I...

    Dnd adventures: Wizard's Choice

I didn't plan to start a new thread but couldn't find Dnd adventures: Wizard's Choice mentioned anywhere in the forum - and I didn't want people to miss out because it slipped under the radar. I know I can't be the only person out there who grew up loving that gritty roleplaying experience that...

    Indie Wigmund - a medieval open-world top-down RPG with real-time skill-based combat

G'day! I played Wigmund during the first EA and I've been playing it again lately (since the open world update) and thought I'd shed some light. First, it definitely isn't vapourware. The game's nearly content complete, they're just finishing up the endgame stuff now but the rest is there...

KickStarter Exoplanet: First Contact - a space western action-RPG - now available on Early Access

Hey guys, I imagine the 5-6 years' development time must be fairly disheartening but I've been playing the game recently and I can tell you they're still working on it. There's been a few updates just in the time I've been playing and it seems to be coming along nicely. If you want to know...
