    Game has some serious costum made copy protection thats for sure there are triggers all over the code, for example 1 trigger is crashing the game it seems to come from a a flood attack in the cmd console of the game which floods 50,000 cmds to the game causing it to crash or freeze and another...

    Yeah the Razor release has some old files because they used the files on the dvd and not the finished steam preload, you need the repacked update its around 200mb, its possible you have to start a new game i dont know, but after this fix mouse worked fine in all menus for me.

    Definitely my favorite modern sonic game so far (not that this means mutch since almost every other Sonic in the last 10 years sucked) and a very good Pc Port too , it still plays best with a gamepad but well thats just the nature of the game.

    Yeah well your cpu is a monster compared to my old c2q @ 3.4 ghz^^ I run the game now on ultra without ubersampling and i get 30-40 fps, with the copyprotected exe it was around 20-30 fps and dipped in to the 10s in some areas flotsam comes to mind for example.

    Btw some ppl found out that the games uses less cpu power with the unprotected gog exe without the securerom shit. I tried it myself and got a performance boost of about 5-10 fps depending on area and game loads way faster compared to the securerom protected exe from the gamedisk.This should...
