    Exiting dungeons is only a relatively minor use of those, over-world travel is the real main application of teleportation spells. So direct your ire at fast travel instead for the loss of those spells.

    Absolutely not. Exploration relies on you not being able to predict what you are going to find and that includes dungeon exits. Shortcuts aren't bad as long as they are not overused. Same for any other solution. Again, that's a fine dungeon design. But it's not fine when you start to wonder...
