Doesn't matter, so does Nicolai. :)

That's a blatant lie and you know it. My playing style might look somewhat.. simple to the untrained eye, but it is, in truth, anything but.

That "Nicolai's Shame" replay was quite interesting. Atrokkus and kingcomrade unleashing hell on each other, while Nicolai plays SimCity ;)

My connection crapped itself halfway through that one, so I never got around to crush KC like the bug he is.

I may be in next week, I'll just have to find my old copy of broodwar... I used to be quite good, but a couple of years of not honing my skills may have changed that.

Let's assume that you're quasi-retarded and usually drunk... is there a more in-depth set of instructions available? I can get a smattering of the required programs running at various levels of usefulness, but have thus far been unable to positively contact anyone or detect any games.

I'm in. I've got the Hamachi thing up and running. I'm sure you're all using your leet hacking skills to crack open my system and steal my porn collection.

Is there some kind of built in messaging system or some kind or is that just for "network" messages?

Okay, now if anyone has any idea on how a Protoss can counter Vulture Mines, I'm all ears. If I build Dragoons, they get owned by the tanks. If I build Zealots, they get owned by the mines. I managed to scrape out one attack against metallix by dropping Dark Templars into his base but they too got owned by mines.

Is there anything I can build that doesn't get owned by mines?

You should have enough of both zealots (to run to the tanks) and dragoons(to shoot the mines when noone's near, scare the occasional wraith). When you attack a terrain's barricade(tanks+turrets+mines+goliaths), make sure that your forces don't run in a crowd. Send 3-4 zealots first - they'll collect most of the mines. Then send everything else, trying to attack every tank you see with several zealots, give them separate targets while they run. Try keeping dragoons not too close to each other, to minimize the damage from tanks' splash.

Hey, all you who KNOW they suck at Starcraft:
Come anyway. Even if you suck, it's a LOT of fun. I suck too; I am the worst player right now; wouldn't mind if some of equal lack of ability joined.

Well, after suffering two mass battlecruiser players in a day (as well as another defeat to a different tactic) I'm starting to realize why I prefer FPS.

I too felt the sting of the battleship fleet later that game. At least you had a couple of successful military forays - the only victory my zerg horde got to experience was after kriegbean left, when they ran through and slaughtered the troops who couldn't shoot back at them.

Damn you, I probably would have won that game if I hadn't had to leave. So no ended up winning?

Yeah, if you had stayed 5 minutes longer I'd been a goner. Due to my *ahem* ingenious strategy of counting on your withdrawal, however, I managed to rebuild my fleet, ravish their brides and conquer the land for Mother Russia.
